• They can order these any time, but most likely it’ll be with breakfast.
• These coffees cost $5/ea to the guest and can be easily added to reservations with the iPad in the kitchen.

Yes, we have a 10% employee discount. If you want to book a stay, buy some merchandise, or a gift card you can get 10% off.

Hi everyone. Here’s a quick note about the employee dress code.

The dress code exists for two reasons:

1. So guests know who is a part of the Berry Springs staff in case they need help and
2. To create consistency in the look and feel of the Berry Springs Lodge experience.

For now, we will use a simple dress code:

• Everyone should have (2) Berry Springs Lodge t-shirts. Please wear this for all your shifts.
• Regular-fit jeans or khakis (or equivalent). No sweats, athletic shorts, etc.

Hi everyone, as we approach the holidays I wanted to remind everyone that our job is to provide the greatest vacation we can for our guests. Over the holidays this means we will continue our operations as usual.

The goal of this is to:

1. Try and get everyone on a more consistent schedule going forward.
2. Ensure we have enough people on staff to serve guests at all times.
